القيادة التكيفية هي نموذج إداري يُستخدم في جميع أنحاء العالم، وتهدف الدورة الحالية الى اكساب المشتركين مهارات الابتكار والابداع في القيادة وذلك من خلال عدة مجالات منها:

  • تحديد الفرق بين المشاكل الفنية والتكيفية.
  • تشخيص التحديات التكيفية الموجودة في أقسامهم.
  • فهم قيمة عدم التكيف وتفسير التحديات التكيفية والتدخل فيها .
  • انشاء ثقافة تكيفية من خلال العمل مع فريقك، وتطبيق التفكير الابداعي والتفكير خارج الصندوق.
  • تشجيع ودعم الأفكار المبتكرة والإبداعية.
  • التغلب على الحواجز التي تحول دون الابتكار 
  • ترجمة المشاكل إلى فرص لتنمية وحدتك أو مؤسستك
  • تطوير المبادرات لتحسين النظام تحقيق وتعظيم الموارد وتوليد المدخرات ورفع الإنتاجية.

اليوم الأول  - القيادة :

  • اساسيات القيادة التكيفية.
  • القيادة مقابل السلطة.
  • أفكار التقييم التقني مقابل التكيفي.
  • تقييم الأفكار.
  • الالتقاء بمزاد أفكار الابتكار، وقياس الأفكار والابتكار لمعرفة نقاط القوة التي يجب أن تلعبها.
  • واجبات المدير في القيادة التكيفية.
  • تأهيب الناس وتحفيزهم، تنظيم الناس وتوجيههم، وتركيز انتباه الآخرين.

اليوم الثاني – الابتكار والتفكير الابداعي:

  • تنمية التفكير الابتكاري والإبداعي.
  • عملية الإبداع: التفكير والعقلية، توليد أفكار عبر المجموعة والفريق، الكم مقابل الكيفية.
  • تقنيات لتشجيع الابتكار.
  • العصف الذهني -  طرح الأسئلة الصحيحة، انعكاس الموقف، اقتحام الأدوار

اليوم الثالث :الابداع

  • معوقات الإبداع ، إدارة الأفكار بفعالية، دمج الخيال والتخطيط.
  • مهارات تنفيذ القيادة التكيفية، أن تكون سباقاً.
  • تحفيز الناس، التفكير الاستراتيجي، الذكاء العاطفي، إعطاء الملاحظات / تطوير الموظفين.
  • أساليب اتخاذ القرار.
  • تشجيع ودعم الأفكار المبتكرة والإبداعية.
  • التغلب على الحواجز التي تحول دون الابتكار.
